Product Trial Club is built on one promise: the reviews and guides you read here are produced by people who actually evaluate the product. This page explains who writes our content, how we keep it honest, and how we handle material connections. It exists so you can judge our work for yourself.

Who Writes Our Content

Our articles and reviews are produced by the Product Trial Club editorial team and a network of vetted professional reviewers. Every piece is based on independent research, hands-on evaluation where practical, and aggregation of verified customer feedback — not on manufacturer claims. Contributors are identified where relevant, and all review content reflects first-hand, professional assessment, not marketing language.

Material Connections & Disclosure

When our editors evaluate a product hands-on, a brand may provide a unit at no cost for assessment. That is a material connection under FTC guidance, and we disclose it — typically in the review's disclosure note. Receiving a product never entitles a brand to input, approval, or a favorable outcome. We also disclose all Amazon affiliate links and any sponsored content, as set out in our Affiliate & Disclosure Policy.

Editorial Independence

We earn Amazon Associates commissions on some links, and we occasionally publish clearly-labeled sponsored content. Neither arrangement touches what a writer concludes. We do not accept payment for positive reviews, we do not let brands approve or edit review text, and we will end a partnership rather than compromise that line. Negative findings are published exactly as our editors report them.

How We Evaluate

We follow a fixed methodology: clear evaluation criteria by category, the same product assessed as a real owner would, and a consistent rating rubric. The full standard lives on our Review Methodology page.

Corrections

We get things wrong sometimes. When we do, we correct the published piece, note what changed, and date the correction. If you spot an error, email club@producttrialclub.com and we'll look the same business day.
