About Us
Product Trial Club started with a simple observation: the best product recommendations don't come from ads — they come from real people who actually used the thing. We built this club to make that happen at scale, connecting everyday consumers and up-and-coming creators with brands that want honest, unfiltered feedback on their Amazon products.
What We Do
Product Trial Club is a product-testing and review community. Brands selling on Amazon send us products they want tested. We match those products with club members whose interests, household needs, and content style fit — a home cook gets the air fryer, a new parent gets the baby monitor, a skincare enthusiast gets the serum. Members use the product in their real lives, then share what they honestly think.
Three things come out of that process:
- Consumers get better information. Reviews written after two weeks of real use beat marketing copy every time.
- Brands get actionable feedback. Not just star ratings — detailed notes on what worked, what broke, and what confused people.

How We're Different

Honesty is non-negotiable
We never ask for positive reviews, and we never accept brand deals that require them. A free product is payment for your time and honest opinion, not for five stars. Our review methodology spells out exactly how we expect products to be tested and rated, and every member agrees to it before their first match.
Full disclosure, always

A path, not just freebies
Most panels treat you as a survey respondent. We treat testing as the first rung of a creator career. Members who consistently write helpful reviews get matched with higher-value products, brand introductions, and collaboration opportunities.
How We Make Money
We believe you should know how any recommendation site earns its keep. Product Trial Club has two revenue streams:
- Amazon Associates affiliate commissions. When you buy a product through links on this site, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects which products we feature or how they're rated.
- Brand partnership fees. Brands pay us to organize testing campaigns and gather structured feedback. They do not pay for positive reviews, and campaign fees are never tied to review outcomes.
Products that our team or members received free for testing are always identified as such.
Who's Behind This
Our core team combines e-commerce operators who have managed Amazon storefronts since the late 2010s, and community managers who have run creator programs for consumer brands. We've been on both sides of the review economy — as sellers reading feedback, and as reviewers writing it. That's why our standards documents read the way they do: we know exactly which shortcuts hurt trust, because we've watched them happen.
