When you join the club, we ask for a display name, email address, shipping address, and a few interest and household details used for product matching. If you contact us or write a review, we store that correspondence and content. You choose how much profile detail to provide, though richer profiles match better with campaigns.

Like most sites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site, keep sessions signed in, and — where advertising is shown — to help serve relevant ads. This may include pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not use this data to identify you personally outside your account.

With brands and shipping partners
To fulfill a match, we share your shipping name and address with the brand or fulfillment partner shipping that specific product. We do not share your email or review content with brands except where you explicitly ask us to.

Children's Privacy
Product Trial Club is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Products intended for children are tested by the parent or guardian who holds the account.

We may update this policy as the program evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page, and the "last updated" date below will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
